Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview: NYC International Futbol, Inc. (“NYCIF”) offers three monthly membership plans:

  • VIP Membership — $120/month > Unlimited Membership — $90/month > Club Membership — $60/month (4 sessions/month)

Memberships renew automatically every month until canceled by the member.

2. Billing & Payments

  • All memberships are billed monthly through Stripe.

  • Members authorize NYCIF to charge their payment method on file each billing cycle.

  • If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry.

  • Members are responsible for keeping their payment method up to date through the Customer Portal.

3. Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades: Downgrades:

  • Members may upgrade at any time. > Members may downgrade at any time.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. > Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

  • Stripe automatically prorates the difference. > No refunds or partial credits are issued for downgrades.

4. Cancellations

  • Members may cancel at any time through the Customer Portal. > No refunds or partial credits are issued for unused time.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. > Members retain access until the end of their billing period.

5. Attendance & No‑Show Policy

  • Members must cancel their spot if they cannot attend.

  • Repeated no‑shows may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.

  • NYCIF reserves the right to enforce attendance rules to protect session quality.

6. Refund Policy

  • NYCIF does not offer refunds for membership fees, partial months, unused sessions, or missed sessions.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate charges or verified billing errors.

7. Conduct & Community Standards

NYCIF reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for behavior that violates these standards or disrupts the community.

8. Changes to Membership Plans

NYCIF may update pricing, benefits, or membership structure with advance notice. Members will be notified before any changes take effect.

10. Liability Waiver

By participating in NYCIF activities, members acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree that NYCIF is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss.
