  • Register through OpenSports

  • Have a minimum roster size (varies by format)

  • Wear matching colors or pinnies

  • Follow all NYCIF policies

  • Maintain good sportsmanship

Teams that violate conduct rules may face penalties or removal.

There are four ways to enter:

1. Apply as a Team - Submit your roster and team information.

2. Join as a Free Agent - NYCIF will place you on a team needing players.

3. Earn Your Spot Through the Cup Series - Top Cup Series teams receive priority invitations.

4. NIPL tryouts - Evaluation for players who want to join.
