NYCIF Academy is the youth development branch of NYC International Futbol, Inc., created to provide structured, high‑quality soccer training for players ages 7 to 17. Our academy blends professional coaching, modern training methods, and a positive learning environment where young athletes can grow in skill, confidence, discipline, and character. We focus on developing complete players — technically, physically, mentally, and socially — through a curriculum built from years of competitive playing and coaching experience. Whether your child is new to the game or preparing for competitive play, NYCIF Academy offers a clear pathway for growth.

NYC International Futbol, Inc. (NYCIF Academy) Refund Policy
NYCIF Academy operates on a structured schedule to ensure consistent development for all players. Because each spot is reserved and planned in advance, we follow the policies below:
Player Cancellations
Refunds are only issued if cancellation occurs before the program’s start date or before the first session.
Once the program begins, all payments are non‑refundable.
Missed sessions (illness, travel, personal reasons) are not refundable and cannot be credited toward future programs.
No-shows do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Weather & Field Conditions
NYCIF Academy trains in most weather conditions.
Sessions canceled due to lightning, unsafe field conditions, or city field closures will be rescheduled or credited.
If NYCIF cancels a full program or multiple sessions, families will receive a credit toward a future academy cycle.
Transfers
Registrations cannot be transferred to another child or family member.
Sibling discounts apply only at the time of registration.
Seasonal Programs
Seasonal programs (10‑week cycles) are non‑refundable once the cycle begins.
Families may cancel before the first session for a full refund.
NYCIF Academy is committed to fairness, clarity, and transparency for all families.
NYC International Futbol, Inc. (NYCIF Academy) Liability Waiver
By registering a child for NYCIF Academy, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that soccer involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Collisions
Falls
Sprains or strains
Weather-related conditions
Impact with the ball
Uneven field surfaces
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Release of Liability
I release NYC International Futbol, Inc., its coaches, staff, volunteers, and field operators from any liability for injury, accident, illness, or property loss that may occur during academy activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Medical Responsibility
I confirm that my child is physically able to participate in soccer activities. I understand that NYCIF staff are not medical professionals and that I am responsible for monitoring my child’s health. In case of injury, I authorize NYCIF staff to call emergency services if necessary.
Behavior & Compliance
I agree that my child will follow all academy rules, safety guidelines, and coach instructions. NYCIF reserves the right to remove any player whose behavior endangers others or disrupts the program.
Media Permission
I grant NYCIF permission to photograph or record academy sessions for promotional use. If I do not wish my child to appear in media, I will notify NYCIF in writing.
By completing registration, I acknowledge and accept this Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk.
